Prince’s Mission
is to provide to Historic New Castle a quaint, quiet eatery
that offers an American Fusion style of cooking. He will
use the freshest organic ingredients to bring you meals
that are pleasing to your eyes as well as your palate.
As head chef, he is trained primarily in classic French
Cuisine and was raised in a Southern American home. For
the past five years he has worked closely with a knowledgeable
South American Restaurateur, developing techniques to fuse
all of his culinary experiences. The result is an incredibly
delectable collection of menu items that you will love.

Friday - Sat: 11am - 10pm
Sunday Brunch: 10am - 2pm
